Hi, I’m Jiri Diblik. I’m 28, based in Prague and I build software companies.
I’ve been building things on the internet for more than a decade, mostly mobile apps. I started with design and UX, learned to code, got obsessed with growth, and eventually figured out the rest of the startup game along the way.
Since then, I’ve built and sold apps, startups, and a digital agency, raised millions from VCs, worked with Fortune 500 companies, and built products used by millions of people.
In 2020, I co-founded VOS.health and ChatMind.ai to make mental health support more accessible. Over the next few years, we grew to millions of users around the world. In March 2025, Spring Health acquired both companies.
After the acquisition, I joined Spring Health as a Special Projects Lead. But I missed building. I missed starting with nothing, shipping fast, talking to users, breaking things, fixing them, finding distribution, and watching something go from an idea to a real business.
So I went back to zero.
In 2026, I started TBA.
TBA is where I build now. We create and run B2C apps and the SaaS behind them. One year in, we’re at $10M+ ARR, profitable and bootstrapped, with no investors and three people full-time.
Our biggest company is Lively, which I started with my wife. Across TBA, we now have 6+ products spanning consumer apps and SaaS. We’ve sold a few products along the way and are working on more.
I think small teams can build much bigger companies now.
Software is becoming easier to build. Small teams can now build what used to require dozens or hundreds of people. The work is knowing what to build, making it work well, and finding customers.
My goal is to build a $1B company with as few people as possible, using AI to build products and reach customers.
We’ll share some projects as we build them and keep others quiet until they’re ready.
I still describe myself as a full-stack startup guy. I can go from Figma to code, from an App Store page to a Meta campaign, from zero users to millions of users. That combination of product, design, technology, and growth is still what I enjoy most.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the court. I played competitive tennis until I was 15, then spent a few years training in kickboxing, and now I focus on padel, still with a competitive mindset. In winter, I hit the slopes to snowboard. My wife and I also love exploring new places together whenever we get the chance. At home, we live with Jimmy, our curious Siberian kitten.
