Hi, my name is Jiri Diblik, 28-year-old based in Prague/SF and I’ve been passionate about shaping the digital world (mostly mobile apps).
I’ve done everything from building startups and apps to mastering UX/UI, growth hacking, fundraising, and scaling businesses.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with both startups and global enterprises, including some Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, I’ve built and co-founded products that millions of people use every day. For example VOS (acq. by Spring Health) or Lively. I’ve also built and sold few apps, startup, digital agency and raised millions from VCs. In 2026, I launched TBA, an AI-first venture studio where we build and scale profitable consumer apps alongside the software that powers them.
My background is in UX & UI, but over time I’ve also done marketing, growth hacking, and programming. So, basically, I’m a full-stack startup guy
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the court. I played competitive tennis until I was 15, then spent a few years training in kickboxing, and now I focus on padel still with a competitive mindset. In winter, I hit the slopes to snowboard. My wife and I also love exploring new places together whenever we get the chance. At home, we live with Jimmy, our curious siberian kitten.
Sharing with community
In 2020, I co-founded VOS.health and ChatMind AI, two products focused on redefining mental healthcare through technology. Over the following years, we grew them to millions of users and explored how AI could make mental health support more accessible and personalized. In April 2025, both companies were acquired by Spring Health, one of the fastest-growing mental healthcare companies in the United States.
Following the acquisition, I joined Spring Health as a Special Projects Lead, where I had the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team and see how a world-class company operates at scale.
After a year, I realized I missed the pace, creativity, and ownership of building from day one. I decided to return to founder mode and, in 2026, launched TBA
