Hi, my name is Jiri Diblik, 27-year-old based in Prague/SF and I’ve been passionate about shaping the digital world (mostly mobile apps).
I’ve done everything from building startups and apps to mastering UX/UI, growth hacking, fundraising, and scaling businesses.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with both startups and global enterprises, including some Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, I’ve built and co-founded products that millions of people use every day. For example VOS (acq. by Spring Health) or Lively. I’ve also built and sold few apps, startup, digital agency and raised millions from VCs.
My background is in UX & UI, but over time I’ve also done marketing, growth hacking, and programming. So, basically, I’m a full-stack startup guy
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the court. I played competitive tennis until I was 15, then spent a few years training in kickboxing, and now I focus on padel still with a competitive mindset. In winter, I hit the slopes to snowboard. My girlfriend and I also love exploring new places together whenever we get the chance. At home, we live with Jimmy, our curious siberian kitten.
Sharing with community
In 2020 I founded VOS.health and ChatMind AI, two products focused on redefining mental health through technology. Over the past year, we scaled to millions of users and pushed the boundaries of AI-powered therapy. In April 2025, both were acquired by Spring Health, one of the fastest-growing mental health companies in the U.S. I’m now part of the Spring Health team, working as Special Project Lead to continue this mission at scale.
